Refund Policy

Digital signature once processed and downloaded, amount will not be refunded as license fees to CCA (Controller of Certifying Authority of India) is paid when a dsc is approved by certifying authority.

No dsc can be issued with name discrepancy and everything is centralised and putting wrong name of individual/organisation may lead to rejection of dsc. Hence DSC will not be processed and nothing will be charged from customer from our end.
